MOJO Japanese Kitchen Tilburg on the Heuvelring

Since opening its doors on 14 November 2013, MOJO Japanese Kitchen Tilburg has become a fixture of the city’s dining scene. On the busy Heuvelring, the Japanese restaurant combines authentic flavours, elegant presentation and service that never seems to slow down, in an atmosphere that balances style and comfort.

MOJO’s refined all you can eat concept invites guests to explore an extensive menu of sushi, grill dishes and Japanese-inspired bites. Behind that relaxed experience sits an operation spread over two floors, with orders coming in all evening. To keep it all in step, MOJO Japanese Kitchen Tilburg runs its front and back of house on Eatcard.

All you can eat at the guest’s own pace

An all you can eat restaurant lives on rounds. Guests order a few dishes, taste, talk and order again. Every round is a new moment where service can either flow or stall. When ordering depends on catching a server’s eye, the evening slows down, and so does the kitchen.

That is why MOJO works from one connected platform: ordering, kitchen and checkout all run through the same system, so every round reaches the kitchen the moment the guest is ready.

Ordering from every phone at the table

With QR ordering, guests scan the code on their table and browse the full menu on their own phone. Several guests at the same table can order at the same time, each from their own phone, and everything lands on one table and one bill.

The menu shows photos, allergen information and dietary options, so guests know exactly what they are choosing. They order at their own pace, round after round, without waiting for someone to come by. That makes for a relaxed, self-guided evening, and it saves the team a lot of order-taking.

Handhelds that keep the floor moving

Not every guest wants to order from their phone, and MOJO’s team is there for those who prefer a personal touch. With Eatcard handhelds, staff take orders at the table and send them straight to the kitchen, without walking back to the POS. Across two floors, that saves a lot of walking and keeps service flowing during peak hours. The team stays on the floor, with time for what matters most: the guests.

Control over every round

All you can eat gives guests freedom, and MOJO keeps control over how that freedom works. With category limits, the team sets how many items guests can order per type of product. That makes it possible to, for example, give the first ice cream for free and charge for the second.

Timed ordering sets the rhythm of the evening. MOJO sets round times, so guests order in batches and the kitchen receives a steady flow instead of a flood. The result is a calmer kitchen and a guest experience that never feels rushed or interrupted.

One platform behind every plate

What makes MOJO Japanese Kitchen Tilburg work is how everything connects. The POS handles every transaction across both floors, while Insights gives management a real-time view of sales, staff performance and tables. QR ordering & handhelds all feed into that same flow, so nothing has to be stitched together and nothing falls between the cracks.
