Adding the reservation widget is simple. You just need to copy and paste a small code snippet available in your Eatcard dashboard onto your website. Your web developer should be familiar with this process, but if needed, our support team is always ready to assist and guide them through the setup.

Do I need a handheld device with payment functionality?

Not necessarily. Eatcard offers multiple handheld models to fit your needs. While you can opt for devices that only take orders, we do recommend handhelds with payment functionality because they save time by allowing staff to process payments directly at the table. This reduces the need for separate pin terminals, which can also lower costs and improve overall efficiency.

What if some guests don’t have a smartphone or prefer not to use the QR code?
