Yes, the Eatcard KDS includes a SmartOrder function. When multiple guests order the same dish around the same time, even from different tables or channels, the system automatically groups them. Adding the reservation widget is simple. You just need to copy and paste a small code snippet available in your Eatcard dashboard onto your website. Your web developer should be familiar with this process, but if needed, our support team is always ready to assist and guide them through the setup.

While you can opt for devices that only take orders, we do recommend handhelds with payment functionality because they save time by allowing staff to process payments directly at the table.
