Food hall

One kiosk for every store under your roof.

Guests pick a store at the kiosk, order in their own language and pay on the spot. The order goes straight to that store's kitchen, and the screen above the counter tells guests when it's ready.

Your lunch rush on Eatcard. Follow one order from the kiosk to the store.

  1. One kiosk, every store.

The guest starts on the kiosk and picks the store they want to order from.

  2. Ordered in their own language.

Guests browse that store's menu with photos, and the kiosk suggests a side or a drink before they pay.

  3. Paid on the kiosk screen.

With Tap to Pay, guests tap their card or phone on the screen they ordered on. No queue at each store's till.

  4. Straight to that store's kitchen.

The store receives the order on the Kitchen Display the moment it's paid. Nobody carries a ticket across the hall.

  5. Ready on the screen.

When the kitchen marks it done, order 47 shows as ready above the counter. No pagers, no calling out numbers.

  6. The next guest picks another store.

The same kiosk takes an order for the bubble tea store, and it goes straight to that store.
