Do staff still need to call out order numbers when they’re ready?
No, that’s no longer necessary. The Eatcard Order Status Screen automatically calls out the order number visually and (optionally) with a voice announcing the order is ready. This means staff don’t have to shout or repeat numbers, the screen handles it for them, making the process more professional and less stressful during busy hours.
