When can I reach support?
Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:30, on +31 (0)73 303 90 08 or support@eatcard.nl.
What if something goes wrong in the evening or at the weekend?
For emergencies, technical support is there Monday to Friday from 19:00 to 22:00, and on Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 to 17:30 and from 19:00 to 22:00, on the same number.
How do I get started with Eatcard?
Book a demo. In the demo we work out which systems and hardware your venue needs. After that, Eatcard comes to your venue to install everything and explains it to your staff in person.
